Cancellation & Refund Policy
Universe Sports IQ believes in transparency and user protection. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Refunds apply only to paid subscription plans (Daily Elite, Professional).
Users may request cancellation within 7 days of purchase if they face technical or service-related issues.
Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 5–7 working days.
All contests are free-to-enter and fully sponsor-funded.
No refunds or cancellations apply to contests, since no entry fee is charged.
Invoices are raised only for subscription services and will clearly state:
"Subscription Service – Sports Analytics (No Contest/Gaming Fee)"
In case of closure or operational changes in the company, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Contest participation remains free and unaffected.
